We store the lights because it's logistically easier for us to reinstall them in subsequent years. We box and label them for efficient management.
Q: What are the benefits of buying the lights?
Once you purchase the lights, your installation costs for future years are discounted by approximately 20%. For example, if your first installation costs $1000, subsequent years will cost about $800.
Q: Do you install customer-provided lights or lights not sold by your company?
No, we do not install any lights that were not sold by us. We only work with lights we provide to ensure quality and compatibility with our installation methods.
Q: What if I need maintenance during the Christmas season?
Maintenance is included in our service. If any issues arise with the lights during the season, we'll come out to fix them at no additional cost.
Q: How do I schedule a pickup for my lights if I choose not to continue the service?
Please contact us before the one-year mark from your installation date to arrange for light pickup. If we don't hear from you, we'll proceed with recycling or disposal.
No, it's not recommended. The lights are rated for only 90 days of use and will degrade after a couple of summers of heat exposure. However, since they are your lights, you could choose to keep them up if you wanted to.
